Patrick Mulqueeny (1800?-20/11/1874) married Margaret Keane (1811-25/4/1901 on 30/1/1832 in County Clare. They had a farm at Moymore in County Clare.
Patrick's father was John Mulqueeny. He married Mary Madigan. They lived at Kilfarboy in County Clare.
Margaret's father was Edmond Keane. He married Winifred Frawley. They lived in Kilmaley, near Ennis, in County Clare.

There is a townland called Ballymulqueeny, north of Ennis, in County Clare. There are living Mulqueeny's today at Kilfenora.

Patrick Mulqueeny and his wife Margaret (nee Keane) arrived on the Mangerton in Geelong in 1852, with seven children. The eighth, Michael, was born after they arrived. They settled on a farm at Ullina, north of Ballarat.
